Lost 1.5 pounds!
Well this was my birthday week and so I wasn't really dieting like I had planned. But I did cut back on what I ate (especially the fruit -- read below) and I still lost.

This is great motivation and I like my small goal of 1 pound a week. It doesn't get so overwhelming. So I will start my Weight Watchers starting today and hope for another 1-pound loss next Friday.

Incidentally, Bon jovi put out a new album just for me on my birthday on Tuesday! Ain't I special?!
